Hmmmmm

What a week!!  I went camping with work this week and it was so much fun! NOT!!  I must say I went with very low expectations and it wasn't that bad.  It did end up raining at the end and it was miserable so we left early!  lol  But overall the experience wasn't too bad.

HOWEVER!

Today is the day!  Yessy is coming to town!!!!! :)  Tomorrow Lynnsey is!!!!!  Then I may see Jackie on Wednesday!  <3 how BSB brought us together and now we are having a week again with them!!! :)

Celebrity Sightings

It has been so long!!!  I am so sorry for never updating!  LOL  I can’t help but laugh at that statement because I don’t think anyone really follows this blog, but in my other reality they do! Haha

There has been so much going on it is crazy!  Work has been kicking my butt! I have been logging so many hours, plus watching those beautiful twins, plus going to school full time AND do odd jobs (like dog sitting) BLAH!  It is so exhausting.  The funny thing is the rewards have been great.   I haven’t had to worry about money.  I was saving and doing what I pleased. I just wasn’t making enough to move out of my rents house, but that’s ok because I never see them anyways.  You would think we lived in different states we are all so busy! Now I say was saving because I had the wonderful cruise payment this month and it took ALL my savings!!  I had a dollar in my bank account for the past week.  It made me so mad!  This cruise has to be better than last year at this rate!! 

Speaking of the boys, I went to Chicago in June to see NKOTBSB!  It was fantastic.  On the first night we thought our seats were going to suck but we had front row seats one and two!!!!!  The whole time though security kept blocking us from getting to the guys and it was frustrating because we weren’t doing anything.  There were girls who got into fights, tried to tackle the guys and I was just dancing in my seat.  It was so frustrating.  Lauren and I think it is because they remember us from the cruise.  (However, they see many girls and I am not sure why we would be so memorable but we had to come up with something!!)  BUT I have to vent on this situation.  Now, I don’t want to talk bad about someone however this is the situation that I saw, yes I am jealous however it doesn’t make what this chick did right.  First let me give you some background on this girl (and this is personal history not the history which I have found out from other people and the fan club site), this chick walks up to me Lauren (Sorority sister) and our new friend Yessy on the cruise and says I get to have an individual picture with the guys!!  Now we ask why because we were told we had to ALL have a group picture with 8 people we didn’t know and her response was I can’t tell you.  Seriously are you five????  Then she proceeds to have a mental breakdown and freaks out asking for LeAnn (Brian, one of the BSB’s wife).  WTF.  This chick is nuts.  However she does have a hearing aid and you feel a bit sad for her BUT she’s crazy!  So now to what happened in Chicago.  The boys come down and pick girls to sing to.  It’s like the Bieber one less lonely girl thing (Lauren quote) so I had made eye contact with Nick.  And I mean the boy was less than two feet from me and I am like freaking out inside and this chick pushes a kid out of the way and takes out security and screams in nick’s ear “take me take me!”  His response was priceless I must say because he says “I guess.” But I mean seriously.  The chick is deaf, how can she hear him serenading her! L  She took my time to shine.  NEXT time I am going to be a bit more aggressive and my goal is to get on that stage!!!!

But I quickly got over it because we had an after party to go to!!!  We went to Howie’s after party with a red carpet!!  I wore an adorable forever 21 black and turquoise dress with 6 inch black heals.   It was kind of slutty but really cute! We got a table and a bottle of goose with our new friends Jacque and Lynnsey whom we met after the concert.  It was so fun!  Lauren and Lynnsey met guys, yay for them but I had a fantastic time with Jacque.  There was one point in the evening when Lynnsey comes running back to the table and says I just hugged Howie, and by this time I am fed up with this shit.  An after party, a cruise and a concert and I have NOT gotten an individual picture with ANY of the guys and everyone else had.  So live and learn from the concert, if security is going to stop me anyways I mid-as-well chase the man.  I chucked the shoes off and took off in a sprint yelling “HOWIE CAN I HAVE A PICTURE WITH YOU!!!!” while holding the camera straight in the air! Then before I knew it, security grabs me probably thinking “drunken girl!” However, Howie comes to the rescues and says, “She’s fine, I can handle her.”  Aw how sweet what I want every man to say about me! Lol So as I am about to take MY picture with Howie, here comes Lauren and says “it’s my camera; I am getting in it too!”  Well, she had got a really cute picture with Howie earlier in the evening by herself.  Live and learn again, I am buying my OWN camera so this won’t happen again, but the picture did turn out cute besides the fact I look drunk and cracked out because I was so excited!!!

The next day, we went to the 2^nd concert.  I know we are nuts, however the seats we thought were good really weren’t the best besides this one part during the concert.  There is a part in the concert when New Kids does these pelvis thrusts.  They start with one and go to four.  The last show was not as eventful as this one.  They decide to skip four and go to ten!! All I have to say about that is if Joey McIntyre was my husband we would have a FANTASTIC sex life.  It’s no wonder his wife keeps popping out kids!!  I wouldn’t be able to keep my hands off him either!!

Also this past couple months I have been going to the funny bone in Cincinnati and Dayton seeing John Crupralla and Jo Koy.  The only words are Jo is the funniest man.  I could just sit and listen to him talk and inprov all night.  I had tears 50% of the night.  We also got to meet and greet them after the show! It is so cool when you get to meet celebrities!!

I think that is all that has happened in the last couple months.  I did go on a two day trip to Gatlinburg with my mom and grandparents but it wasn’t eventful.  Except and I almost forgot, my grandmother visited me on mother’s day.  At least that is what mom and I am calling it.  I received a phone call from my father on mother’s day LOST about the TV.  He was so mad, now for those of you who don’t know this I used to have to ALWAYS go over to my grand mothers for like 9 months before my aunt moved in because she would get made and press buttons and unplug things plus with digital cable, you have to use their remote and if you use the wrong one it screws everything up.  Well this was my dad on mother’s day.  We had just gotten digital cable and he started pressing buttons.  I had to talk him through it all from Tennessee.  I must say it felt good to feel her spirit come alive again through him. 

I am excited because Yessy, Lynnsey and Lauren are coming to Dayton this weekend!!  We are going to the Columbus show on Sunday night of NKOTBSB.  They better have another after party!  That was so much fun!! Then on Tuesday Yessy is heading home and Lauren, Lynnsey and I are going to the Indy show!!  We are nuts!!  But I will keep you all posted on the adventures!!

I really love where I work.  Those kids need me, whether they are making it up or they actually do but I feel apart of something bigger than myself and bigger than being a mother, which is all I have wanted to be.  I am making a difference and impact in their lives whether they call me mom, Ms Fisher or Fucking Bitch I know I am making a difference in someones life and that is truly all I have ever wanted to do!!!

So, though I may come from the east end.....it doesn't mean I am in to all that shit!  I am going to be writing two entires in the next couple minutes so be looking out for the next one if you don't like this rant.  One I am not a chick that likes Xanax.  I am a good girl and just like to go to thug bars because the beers are cheep and my family knows the bar tender!  Second....Just because you say you like to eat pussy doesn't mean that is a good pick up line nor is it a way to pick me up!!!  I went out with my mom on Saint Patty's day and there was this black guys using this pick up line!  Then when he bought us a jello shots we had to show him how to lick around the sides and take it like a man.  He was the pussy that night!!!  Tonight some man thought it was a good wing man strategy to say that he likes to lick it.....ummmmmm that isn't going to work on me and my poka-hot-ass(aka Lauren--We are back bitches!).  We are the cool bitches and nothing those ghetto old frat boys could do to lure us in.....

But I must say boys need to learn their manners.  Though I know I am not going to meet the man of my dreams in the hole in the wall bar...however!  I do not need the pick up lines of do you want a Xanax or I like to eat pussy.  Oh am SO better than that!  I just  am amazed that those are the only men who will approach me.  I know I am intimidating but come on!!  I am not that bad. I am a cute girl who deserves better...so where are those men who are willing to try.  I am WAITING for you!!! :)

Allison's Wedding

What an amazing weekend!!!  It started off Friday with the rehearsal dinner.  It was so awesome hanging with her family. Allison's dad was the funniest.  The first time down the aisle, he kissed her and sat down before the song was finished.  The second time down, he was asked "who give this women to this man?"  he responds, "me".  haha  The third time down the aisle he gets it right and responds "Her mother and I."  Third times a charm.  Love it.

The next day we spent it all getting ready.  Allison had someone come in and do all of our hair.  Though it wasn't exactly what I wanted, I took my teasing brush and bobby pins downstairs and fixed it.  So no harm what so ever.  We helped Allison get into her dress.  She looked beautiful!!!  We went to the park and took lots of pictures.  The Bride and Groom were just adorable!!




Before the wedding commenced, we girls and Shane in the bridal party were worried about the after party in the limo.  We were all under the impression there would be alcohol.  But there wasn't.  However, best man and his wife came through and we toasted to the wedding with Tequila in champagne glasses.  It was perfect!  As a bridal party gift, Allison and Steve got us all converse shoes with our names on the side.  My first pair ever! They were adorable!! Hence the picture to the right.

All in all it was a very successful wedding and I couldn't be happier for one of my best friends!!!  Congratulations Allison and Steve Crosley!!!!

Kettering Backpack Program

As a Kettering Alumni and social work student I can tell you how important this program is for it's community and the kids in it.  Too many children are starving over the weekends due to lack of food.  It is our duty as a community and citizens to take care of those around us.  Especially those innocent children.  Please take this opportunity to vote for the Kettering Backpack Program's video.  The money will be going to a great cause:  Putting food in the bellys of the children who are in need of weekend support.  Did you know studies have shown children perform better in school when they are not hungry?  What could this could do for these children's futures?  It will place food in the stomachs and open their minds to a world of possibilities.  And YOU  can help with just one click.  Please spread the word.

BSB Cruise 2011

The cruise has been announced!!!  I am so freaking excited.  I am disappointed about a couple of the new features they are adding, like a full boat (we thought it was hard to talk to them last year) AND it is only going to be 3 days.  The upside....we are going to the BAHAMAS!!! :)  I have never been there before!!  Plus I get to see all my lovely new friends I met on last years boat!!  Who knew you could make a bunch of new friends over the Backstreet Boys and thanks to Facebook and Twitter you are able to keep in contact with them.  Amazing!  Time to start saving that money because the girls are coming back at the Backstreet Boys.  I don't know if they realize what they are getting themselves into!  Again..... lol
